Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward e-mails from one mail account to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just select the email mailbox you wish to forward mail messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
